Effective January 1, 2019, waitlists are available for homes according to the number of bedrooms desired. Employees can only be on one list at a time. Current employees can add their name to the waitlist at any time. New employees can add their name on the date they accept the job offer. Waitlists are prioritized by request and acceptance dates. When an employee is offered a home and chooses to reject the offer, the employee will need to reapply and will be added to the bottom of the waitlist.
To add your name to the waiting list, download the Housing Waitlist Application and return the completed application to Housing Operations. Placing your name on this waitlist does not guarantee University owned housing. The BYU–Hawaii Housing Policy reserves the right for the University Administration to use the housing inventory as necessary.
