Why Renew?
If you are a full-time student planning to stay in the Hales/TVA for Spring 2026, renewing your contract is the way to secure your housing.
Renew Contract Month runs from Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. HST through Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 8 a.m. HST. You may renew anytime during this period.
⏰ Be sure to apply and sign by January 31st to avoid late fees and guarantee Spring housing.
